  1. How quickly can an engineer start?

    Immediately. We run a continuous pipeline of pre-vetted engineers ready to hit the ground running. CVs come back within 48 hours of the brief and most engineers are on your engagement the following week.

  2. What's the difference between referrals and a structured pipeline?

    Referrals fill an open role you have today. You send the JD, we respond with pre-vetted CVs inside 48 hours and the engineer lands on your bench within a fortnight. A structured pipeline is the longer arrangement: a continuous intake of engineers trained against your stack before they ever hit your bench. Most enterprise buyers run both. Referrals cover the immediate gap, pipeline covers the year ahead.

  3. Do you provide SC-eligible candidates?

    Yes. Part of the bench is SC-cleared already. For SC-eligible engineers, we sponsor clearance against an active engagement and hold the employer references needed for BPSS and SC throughout the placement timeline.

  4. Can you place permanent hires?

    Yes. We do both contract and permanent placement. Contract-to-perm conversion is standard on direct referrals and senior placements. Structured pipelines can be configured to end in permanent intake on your payroll rather than rolling contractor engagements.

  5. How do you vet engineers?

    Every candidate runs through an end-to-end mock interview loop with one of the founders before any CV reaches a client. That covers hands-on technical work on the role stack alongside an internal CoderCo tech test, plus a behavioural round modelled on real client interview processes. The engineer only goes out when we are confident they will ship from day one.
