Problem
A growth-stage FinTech needed to staff three SRE seats on its trading platform before a regulatory go-live. The open market was slow and recruiter pipelines were producing infrastructure-generalist engineers without the platform-aware on-call experience the role actually called for.
What we did
- Took the brief on a Monday afternoon, sent four CVs by Tuesday lunchtime
- All candidates pre-vetted on Kubernetes and observability, with a track record on-call in regulated environments
- Two of the placements were contract via the CoderCo network, one was a direct permanent hire from a recent cohort
- Stayed close through the first week of each placement to surface any onboarding friction early
