Problem

PA Consulting's cloud and platform practice needed engineers who could land on a regulated-industry client engagement and be billable in the first sprint. The hiring bar covered Terraform, multi-cloud production experience, plus the consulting delivery rhythm clients expect on a sensitive account.

What we did

• Pre-vetted CVs landed within 48 hours of the brief
• Each candidate had hands-on production AWS plus Terraform module authorship at the depth the practice requires
• Two of the three carried prior regulated-industry exposure that shortened the security side of onboarding
• Coordinated start dates with the client engagement calendar so billable work began in week one

Outcome

• Three CoderCo alumni placed into PA Consulting's cloud and platform practice
• All three billable on client engagements inside the first sprint
• All three still in role at the time of publication
